We stand behind our product. If DeepMost Perseus does not launch or function on your machine as described, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Condition: Refunds are granted for technical incompatibility or failure to function.
• Process: Upon refund approval, your license key will be immediately revoked and deactivated.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may NOT be granted if:

• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
• You simply changed your mind after activating and using the software successfully.
• You violate our Terms and Conditions.

2. Describe the technical issue you are facing.
3. Our team will verify the issue and process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

The only exception to this policy is in cases of:

• Duplicate payments (where the same license was charged twice)
• Proven fraudulent charges (with proper documentation)
• Technical errors that prevented license delivery (at our sole discretion)
